Registration report: | |
Funnel effectiveness | 62 % signed up from the Succes I Vet Praksis database 30 % came from your outreach The rest came directly from my social channels (Please note that an attendee can visit this landing page more than once. Therefor the total number of visits is higher than i actual number of registered anttendees)
Exit Survey | (See complete details in Attendee Report above) The feedback on the event was positive with many expressing appreciation for the ability to attend online. However, there were several technical issues with sound and visuals that could be improved for future events. Some attendees had difficulty with the coordination between the speaker and the slides, with delays causing confusion. There were also requests for better sound quality, fewer background noises, and longer lead times for the length of the event. Some attendees had difficulty viewing all the videos, and others felt that the slides were shown too quickly to be useful. Overall, there is a desire for better technology and more materials to take home.
New Ideas | (The idea here is to stop being "clever" and instead use the target audience's own language) The last question is focused on hitting the main pain points in the target audience. The idea is not to have to be smart but instead reuse the audience's own words.

Notes
1
I agree with the points here, and I know why this occurred. The microphone I was using picked everything in the room up. For example, there was a woman that was eating from a plate just behind me. You don’t notice when you’re in the room, but at home, small chatter and the sound of paper and plates are very annoying.
2
Also, I now can re-confirm that having the run slides from my computer and not from the software as it was planned is not a good idea. For similar events, I must insist on having videos and slides uploaded in advance. The extra load on the WiFi caused the sound to lag and skip at the bit.
The responsibility for these two points lies with me and I agree with the critique given.
3
People are missing and are used to recordings. I would consider this as a main focus for digital events in the future.
4
Digital events are challenging when it comes to breaks and lecture time exceeding 90 minutes. While it may seem clever to maximize one event and the speaker, it can be difficult to merge events in this way.
Though I will not be able to help you with this, I do have some ideas I can share for future events if you like.
